Pump Rooms on Monday Evenings from 7.45 till 10.30.
The Ceroc Evening
At Ceoc Cheltenham we provide a fun evening in a safe environment
where you are warmly welcomed by the host and crew and where
you will meet lots of like-minded people in excellent surroundings

At around 7.30pm we kick off the music for the earliest
arrivals to have a warm up dance prior to the lesson. As a
newcomer you will be given free life membership and a card
/ wallet to keep.
The Beginners Class....
Will start at 7.45pm sharp during which the legendary H
will demonstrate, on stage, a routine of four moves. Initially
these may look a little daunting but, believe me, you will
be doing that same routine yourself in forty minutes time!
Remember, you do not need to bring a partner to CEROC as
we rotate the class to enable you to dance with other members.
We believe that by dancing with as many other members as possible
your own dancing will develop quickly and accurately and,
of course, you will make new friends.
At the end of the lesson the lights go down and we have
'freestyle' time where you can have a quick 'slurp' of your
drink before getting back onto the dance floor with whoever
you ask, or with whoever asks you to dance....... yes ladies
you can ask too, the etiquette is that you will not be refused
(and should not refuse!)
Intermediate and Review Classes...
At 8.50 pm the lights go up for the 'Intermediate' class
and your host and 'Taxi dancers' will take anyone who has
been a member for six weeks or less into another room for
the 'Review class.' We go through the 'beginners' routine
again and, as you are a smaller group, we can give you more
or less individual instruction, highlighting particular footwork,
arm movements and 'ironing-out' any difficulties you might
have. We have found that since we initiated this extra class
the new members are progressing and developing their own CEROC
skills much more quickly.
After about thirty minutes we go back into the main room
where the 'Intermediate' class should be ending, the lights
go down and we dance more freestyle until 10.30pm
So there you have it.....the whole package, great music, great
fun, warm friendly atmosphere.... sounds a bit like a party
to me!
